Last Friday night, Science Hill’s class of 2020 was able to gather for a graduation ceremony inside Kermit Tipton Stadium.
Graduates were spaced out in seats on the field in accordance with social distancing requirements, and their families sat in clusters in the stands on either side of the field. As the sun set in the western sky, an abnormal school year came to a relatively traditional conclusion as students filed into the stadium in their caps and gowns and walked across the stage to receive their diplomas.
