Winter weather has been few and far between this year, but last Thursday, enough snow fell to get children in the Washington County and Johnson City school districts dismissed from school.
While it was hardly a blizzard, many young people enjoyed an afternoon out amongst the snowflakes, which eventually gathered to form a nice, white blanket over much of our area.
