Three deserving Johnson City Police Department officers were recognized by Chief Karl Turner and the Tennessee Highway Safety Office for their hard work and dedication.
Officer Blake Cutshall was named the 2020 Officer of the Year while Officer Hannah Farmer and her partner Arya were presented with the Beyond the 2020 Traffic Stop award.
