The 2016 Dawn of Hope Golf Classic presented by Cantech Industries will be held at the Johnson City Country Club on Monday, August 15th.
This marks the 29th year of the event, making it one of the longest running charity tournaments in our area. Proceeds from the 2016 Golf Classic provide crucial funds to the Developmental, Residential, Vocational, and Health Programs which aim to increase an individuals participation in their community, independence, employability and an overall enhanced quality of life. We are very grateful for the community’s support which has enabled us to successfully keep the event going for so many years.
Started in 1987, this annual tournament provides multiple opportunities to test your golfing skills, win fabulous prizes and enjoy the company of individuals who share a common interest – helping adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in Tennessee! This tournament has something to entice any golfer.

The mission of the Dawn of Hope Foundation is to educate individuals and organizations about the existence, needs, and purpose of the Dawn of Hope, Inc. and to generate and manage resources, which will enhance the quality and scope of services provided to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in Northeast Tennessee.
