The Johnson City Public Library will hold its Story Stretchers program for early elementary age children from 4 - 4:45 p.m. in the Jones Meeting Room. The children and their parents will then have the opportunity to visit the new traveling exhibit “Lincoln: The Constitution and the Civil War” the next day or any time through October 16 in the Buffalo Mountain Room in the library. Registration for this free program can be done on the Events Calendar at www.jcpl.net or by calling (423) 434-4458.
