If you are in the market for a new home or looking for remodeling ideas, the Johnson City Area Home Builders Association’s (JCAHBA)’2016 Builders’ Showcase of Homes,’ will be held this Saturday and Sunday Sept. 24 – 25 and again the following weekend Saturday and Sunday, Oct. 1 – 2. Show hours are 11 a.m. – 6 p.m. each day. In addition to beautiful homes, five new developments will be featured to select your perfect building lot.
The Builders’ Showcase of Homes is a self-guided tour so you may travel at your leisure and discover custom residences, from luxury show homes to affordably priced homes. They are innovative and elegant, all located in neighborhoods throughout the Johnson City, Jonesborough, Washington County areas – and they’re all for sale. Also, see development properties with available lots to purchase for your dream home. The event is free to the public.
View these designer homes and see what some of this area’s best craftsman builders are creating. You may find outstanding ideas for your current home, or you may just find that new one you want to call home.
Be sure to pick up your free copy of this year’s ‘2016 Builders’ Showcase of Homes’ magazine at the home and development sites for articles on each of the builders and what is trending in interior design, landscaping, kitchen and bath. The magazine is written and designed as a useful guide while touring the variety of homes including consumer information from local advertisers and a locator map.
Also, be sure to register for special door prizes and a grand prize at each location you visit. Four winners will receive prizes provided by Thirty-One and Tupperware Independent Senior Directors. A grand prize drawing will be announced Monday, Oct. 3. Only attendees who visit a minimum of (5) five official Showcase homes and developments will qualify.
