It is Ordered the publication of this notice shall be made for 4 consecutive weeks in The News & Neighbor, which is a newspaper published weekly in Johnson City, Tennessee, and that Respondent be given notice he is REQUIRED TO ANSWER the Petition for Adoption by a Step-Parent and Termination of Parental Rights filed in this cause within 30 days from the date of the 4th publication of this notice. The Answer shall be served on Sarah E. Larkin, Petitioner’s attorney, at: 605 E. Unaka Avenue, Johnson City, TN 37601. Should Respondent fail to Answer the Petition pursuant to this notice, Respondent shall be deemed to have received actual notice and default may be taken against Respondent for the relief demanded in the Petition.
