They are all around you – women and men who go above and beyond the call of duty to help people in fields related to health care. Each year, News & Neighbor’s sister publication, The Business Journal of Tri-Cities TN/VA, honors some of these people as its Healthcare Heroes. Nominations for this year’s awards are open through May 19, 2017. To nominate an individual or organization, email news@bjournal.com with a letter of recommendation telling what makes them a Healthcare Hero. A luncheon for the honorees will be held on July 21 at Meadowview Conference Resort and Convention Center in Kingsport.
