Jonah Cathelyn earns his solo wings

Cathelyn became the seventh Hilltopper to earn his solo wings with the FLIGHT Foundation.

Cathelyn received a solo scholarship from his parents, Jim and Patricia Cathelyn, and the Ray Foundation. He soloed in a Cessna 152 in just 5.9 hours at the Greeneville airport as the 205th solo student overall in the FLIGHT Foundation sponsored High School/College Flight Program. This Program is recognized as the best in the nation and a Tennessee Aviation Hall-of-Fame program.
