Science Hill’s boys and girls basketball teams picked up a pair of big wins over Dobyns-Bennett in Johnson City last Friday night.
The boys, ranked fourth in the state, claimed a thrilling 76-73 win in overtime to move to 20-1 overall and 6-0 in conference play. The Lady Hilltoppers (13-7, 6-0) played lockdown defense in a 45-33 victory over the rival Tribe.
