Steve Spurrier, pictured with his former coach Kermit Tipton (center) and teammate Carlton Jones (right), was in Johnson City in June of 2010 as Science Hill prepared to open its new football stadium.Lakebridgeís Ayden Connell slid safely into third base ahead of a tag by Avery Stewart of the Bucs back in June of 2016. Lakebridge held on for a 3-2 victory to capture the Little League City Championship.
