Eleven Johnson City hotels collected more than 600 blankets, socks and gloves during the Hotels with Heart campaign that took place Dec. 9-22.

All donations were presented to the Salvation Army of Johnson City and the Downtown Day Center at Courtyard Marriott. Hoteliers, Convention & Visitors Bureau staff and representatives from the Salvation Army and Downtown Day Center were in attendance for the presentation.

Participating hotels include: Carnegie Hotel, Doubletree by Hilton, Holiday Inn, Holiday Inn Express, Fairfield Inn and Suites, Courtyard by Marriott, Comfort Suites, Best Western, Quality Inn Downtown, Hampton Inn, and Sleep Inn.
