Hagan, Phebus selected as Crockett’s School Board Representatives

A pair of David Crockett High School students have been chosen as School Board Representatives for the 2018-19 school year. Aisling Hagan and Jacob Phebus, both seniors, will serve as Crockett’s representatives.

Hagan has lived in Jonesborough her entire life. She is very active at Crockett as president of both the student body and the Future Farmers of America (FFA). Her favorite thing about Crockett is how closely she gets to work with her teachers. She plans to attend the University of Tennessee – Knoxville in the spring and major in Agricultural Education with intentions of becoming an Agricultural teacher.

Jacob Phebus

Phebus lives in Fall Branch. He is very active in the JROTC program and the AV crew at the high school. He is both the Platoon Commander and the Rifle Team Commander in JROTC. His hobbies include strategy games, rifle, collecting quarters, and writing. His favorite thing about DCHS is how nice and approachable the teachers are at the school. His future plans include becoming a Military Officer in either Nuclear or Chemical Engineering.
