Community Holiday Celebration
The Johnson City Public Library will hold a Community Holiday Celebration at 5:00 pm. There will be storytelling in the Polly Peterson Room, crafts on the first floor, and holiday movies shown in the Storytelling Room. At 6:00 pm the East Tennessee Children’s Choir will perform on the second floor. This free event is open to all ages. No registration required. Senior Services Makeup Seminar
Senior Services at Memorial Park Community Center, 510 Bert St., invites those 50 and older to a free seminar that includes makeup tips by Dr. Angela Shelton with Changes Medical Spa. Tuesday Night at the Movies
Tuesday Night at the Movies at the Jonesborough Library at 5:30 p.m. Popcorn and drinks will be provided. This event is a free event sponsored by the Friends of the Washington County Library. For more information, please call the Jonesborough Library at 753-1800.
Teen Book Club at JCPL
Book Club for teens ages 12-18 at the Johnson City Public Library from 6-7 p.m. in the Storytime Room. This month’s selection is All We Have Left by Wendy Mills. The first 10 participants to register will receive a free copy of the book. For more information and to register, call 423-434-4458.
The West Walnut Street Corridor Taskforce Meeting
The West Walnut Street Corridor Taskforce will meet at 6 p.m. with consultants from Kimley-Horn to discuss the West Walnut Street Corridor Master Plan. This meeting will take place in the Administrative Conference Room of the Municipal and Safety Building, 601 E. Main St.
